Manaksia Steels Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for designated persons. The trading window will be shut for all Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives starting from January 1, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company will inform the stock exchanges in due course about the date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve these financial results. Consequently, all connected persons and designated persons, along with their immediate relatives, are advised against trading in the company's securities during this period.
