Manaksia Aluminium Company Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Abhishek Chakraborty as its new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on Friday, January 09, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The appointment is effective immediately. Mr. Chakraborty is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and brings approximately 8 years of experience in compliance, corporate law, and finance. He has prior experience with the IPO of Phoenix Overseas Limited and has served as a Young Professional at the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.

Mr. Chakraborty is also a Law and Commerce graduate and holds various certifications from the National Skill Development Corporation and the National Stock Exchange of India. The Board meeting commenced at 3:40 P.M. and concluded at 4:00 P.M. on January 09, 2026.
