Mahindra & Mahindra Limited has submitted a compliance certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. The certificate, received from KFin Technologies Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, covers the period from 1st October 2025 to 31st December 2025.

KFin Technologies Limited confirmed that during this period, they processed dematerialization requests within 15 days of receipt. This included confirming and approving/rejecting demat requests, verifying that securities were listed on the stock exchanges, and subsequently mutilating and cancelling the physical certificates. The names of the depositories were updated in the register of members as the registered owners for approved demat requests. KFin Technologies Ltd. has been certifying these actions to the depositories and stock exchanges as per SEBI regulations.
