Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has announced that its Board of Directors has approved making an application to KRERA for seeking approval for a change in the promoter of a project located in Bengaluru. This change is a precursor to the potential transfer of the project to Mahindra Blossom Developers Limited (MBLDL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

The Board's approval for this application was obtained through circulation, effective January 12, 2026, with the requisite approval received at 4:25 pm on the same day.
