Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited (M&MFIN) has informed the stock exchanges about a change in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Bijoy Thaplial, who held the position of Chief Business Officer – Leasing, Partnerships and Payments, has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons. Consequently, Mr. Thaplial will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company effective 31st December 2025. The company has submitted the necessary intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with the details of the change as required by SEBI.
