Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on January 16, 2026, has approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. A limited review report for these financial results has also been approved.

The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. K N Vaidyanathan as the Internal Auditor. His re-appointment is effective from April 1, 2026, and will continue until May 5, 2026. Mr. Vaidyanathan brings extensive experience in asset management, capital markets, IT, BPO, and the banking industry, having previously served as Executive Director at SEBI and currently holding the position of Group Chief Internal Auditor.
