This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal Code of Conduct for designated persons. The trading window will be shut for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, January 1, 2026. It will remain closed until two days after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated in due course.
