Mr. Narasimha Rao Chundu has been appointed as an Independent Director for a term of five years. Additionally, Mr. Ameeruddin Syed has been appointed as a Whole Time Director for a five-year term. Furthermore, Mr. Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma has been re-designated as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the company, also for a term of five years, effective from February 3, 2026. Mr. Narasimha Rao Chundu brings extensive experience from his professional journey starting in 2001 in telecom and transitioning to financial services and stock markets in 2006, holding senior positions at institutions like ICICI Web Trade Ltd and Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance. Mr. Ameeruddin Syed, as Chief Operating Officer, oversees the company’s core operational functions, focusing on seamless execution, growth strategies, process streamlining, and governance. His leadership emphasizes clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement. Mr. Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma (Joe) continues as the Global CEO and Managing Director. With over 27 years of experience, he has been instrumental in transforming Magellanic Cloud from its early stages into a publicly listed multinational enterprise with a diverse portfolio including Motivity Labs, ITI Investor Services Ltd., Provigil, and Scandron.
