Magellanic Cloud Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Prathik Harishbhai Bhat as the Interim Chief Financial Officer & Key Managerial Personnel of the company. This appointment is effective from January 13, 2026, and is based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The Board of Directors convened a meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, which commenced at 04:30 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 05:20 P.M. (IST). During this meeting, the board approved Mr. Bhat's interim appointment.

Mr. Bhat brings over two decades of experience in Structured Credit, Corporate Finance, and Business Development. He is currently serving as Associate Director – P&L Head (In-house Business) and Head – Distribution & Channel Alliances at MHP Fintech Services Pvt. Ltd. His expertise includes strategic planning, financial analysis, and driving business growth.
