Madhav Copper Limited has received an adjudication order in Form GST DRC-07 from the CGST/SGST authorities. This follows an earlier intimation in Form GST DRC-01A dated 30th May, 2025, issued by the SGST Department under Section 73(5) / Section 74(5) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

The company is currently examining the said order and will take appropriate legal steps. Madhav Copper Limited has stated that there is no immediate material impact on its financials. Further developments will be disclosed to the stock exchanges in due course.
