This update follows a previous disclosure on June 27, 2025, concerning an order issued by the Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Range -1, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, under Section 148A(3) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. As of January 19, 2026, no final assessment order has been passed, and consequently, no demand has been raised against the company.

The company has fully cooperated with the assessment proceedings by complying with all issued notices. Madhav Copper Limited stated that it will take appropriate actions upon receiving the final assessment order and confirmed that there is currently no material financial impact on the company from this intimation.
