Macpower CNC Machines Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The trading window is closed for Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, employees up to two levels below the CEO, Promoters and Promoter Group, other designated persons, and their immediate relatives, as well as other connected persons according to the company's policy. These individuals are informed that their accounts will be frozen at the ISIN level and they are prohibited from trading during this closure period, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the financial results will be communicated in due course.
