Lupin Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from January 01, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of these financial results in due course. This intimation is made pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
