Lumax Auto Technologies Limited (LATL) announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation between Greenfuel Energy Solutions Private Limited (a step-down subsidiary) and Lumax Resources Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary).

The order sanctioning the scheme was pronounced on January 14, 2026. The company has noted that the order, as uploaded on the NCLT's website, contains certain factual errors, and LATL is taking necessary steps to rectify them.

Lumax Auto Technologies Limited will provide further intimation and file the requisite disclosures with the stock exchanges upon receipt of the rectified order. This development follows previous communications regarding the amalgamation scheme dated February 06, 2025, and September 15, 2025.
