L&T Technology Services Limited has announced the voting results of a postal ballot concerning an amendment to the "L&T Technology Services Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016" (LTTS ESOP Scheme – 2016).

The voting was conducted through remote e-voting, with the facility commencing on Saturday, December 20, 2025, and closing on Sunday, January 18, 2026. The results were unblocked on January 18, 2026, in the presence of two witnesses. The record date for determining voting rights was Tuesday, December 16, 2025, with 234,759 shareholders on record.

The resolution to amend the LTTS ESOP Scheme – 2016 was passed with a significant majority. Out of the total valid votes cast, 92.82% were in favour of the resolution, representing 8,22,70,465 votes. 7.18% of the votes, amounting to 63,59,309 votes, were cast against the resolution. The total number of votes polled was 88,629,774, which represents 83.62% of the outstanding shares.
