LT Foods Limited has announced the withdrawal of its proposed acquisition of the Global Green Group, which includes Global Green Europe Kft., Greenhouse AGRAR Kft., and Global Green International (UK) Limited. This decision follows a communication dated January 28, 2026, from the Ministry of National Economy, Hungary. The Hungarian ministry rejected the proposed acquisition, citing identified national economic and sectoral risks. Consequently, the transaction will not proceed further. This update is in continuation of earlier communications regarding the proposed acquisition dated May 15, 2025, and October 13, 2025.
