LT Foods Limited has announced the withdrawal of its proposed acquisition of the Global Green Group, which includes Global Green Europe Kft., Greenhouse AGRAR Kft., and Global Green International (UK) Limited. This decision follows a communication dated January 28, 2025, from the Ministry of National Economy, Hungary. The Hungarian ministry rejected the proposed acquisition, citing identified national economic and sectoral risks. Consequently, the transaction has been withdrawn and will not proceed further. This development supersedes previous communications regarding the acquisition made on May 15, 2025, and October 13, 2025.
