Larsen & Toubro's Buildings & Factories (B&F) business vertical has secured multiple orders from a prominent real-estate client for projects spanning three Indian states. The first contract involves the design and construction of 10 high-rise residential towers, each reaching 180 meters with 55 floors and two basements, along with two clubhouses, for a project in Hyderabad. The second order is for a luxury high-rise residential tower in Worli, Mumbai, encompassing the construction of its RCC shell and core structure up to 260 meters, featuring five basements and 63 floors. The third contract includes the construction of residential villas, a luxury hotel, and ancillary structures for a project in Karnataka, covering the RCC shell and core structure and associated finishes. L&T's B&F business has extensive experience in delivering EPC solutions for various segments, including residential, commercial, healthcare, public spaces, airports, data centers, and industrial facilities.
