Following this, the Board approved the appointment of Dr. V. Rajesh as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Dr. V. Rajesh, a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, will assume his new role effective January 1, 2026. He brings over 13 years of experience in company law, SEBI regulations, securities laws, and FEMA provisions. His qualifications include a Doctorate in Entrepreneurship and a law degree, and he has prior experience with IPOs.
