Lloyds Metals and Energy Limited has published extracts of its standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. These results were approved by the Board of Directors on February 3, 2026. The company has also made these results available on its website, www.lloyds.in, and has published them in the Business Standard (English Daily) and Navrashtra Times (Marathi Daily) on February 5, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations. The financial highlights for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, show total income from operations of ₹3,874.99 crore and a net profit after tax of ₹888.55 crore on a standalone basis. Consolidated figures for the same period indicate a total income from operations of ₹8,858.79 crore and a net profit after tax of ₹2,128.67 crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the standalone total income from operations was ₹5,560.05 crore with a net profit after tax of ₹1,248.45 crore. The consolidated nine-month figures show total income from operations at ₹11,273.84 crore and a net profit after tax of ₹2,298.54 crore.
