This subscription represents 12.12% of Hexa W2's issued and paid-up equity share capital, for a total consideration of ₹4.16 Crore (Rupees Four Crore Fifteen Lakh Eighty Thousand Only). Following this transaction, the company's total holding in Hexa W2 will increase to 10,39,500 equity shares, constituting 29.23% of the issued and paid-up equity share capital. This update follows previous intimations on May 30, 2025, and June 27, 2025, regarding the initial investment and execution of Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreements.
