Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in equity shares. The window will remain closed for designated insiders from January 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting. This meeting is scheduled to consider and approve the financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The company stated that the specific date of the Board Meeting will be communicated in due course. This intimation is made in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Corporation's Code of Conduct. The announcement was made by Anshul Kumar Singh, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The information will be disseminated and also made available on LIC's official website, www.licindia.in.
