Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced the superannuation of Shri Sat Pal Bhanoo, Managing Director of the Corporation. This retirement is effective from December 31, 2025, after office hours, in accordance with a Government of India notification. Consequent to his superannuation, Shri Sat Pal Bhanoo will cease to be a member of several key committees. These include the Executive Committee, Investment Committee, Audit Committee, Policyholder Protection, Grievance Redressal and Claims Monitoring Committee, Committee For Election of Shareholders’ Directors in PSBs, Building Advisory Committee, and the ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) Committee. The company has submitted this disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
