LIC Housing Finance Limited announced changes in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) on March 25, 2026. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed two key individuals. Shri J. Sangameswar's tenure as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) has been extended. His new term will be effective from May 09, 2026, and will conclude on April 30, 2028. Mr. Sangameswar possesses over three decades of experience in risk management, credit appraisal, business development, finance, and operations within the housing finance sector. He holds an Associate Membership from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Master's degree in Commerce from Osmania University, along with an Applied Finance program from IIM Calcutta. Shri Jimit Narendra Shah has been appointed as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). His appointment is effective from April 10, 2026. Mr. Shah is an experienced Cyber Security leader with over 15 years of expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), information security, and technology risk management. He has held leadership roles at organizations including IndusInd Bank, HDB Financial Services, Reliance Industries, and PwC. He holds an MBA in Information Systems and an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification.
