LG Electronics India Limited announced key management changes following its Board of Directors meeting held on January 16, 2026. Mr. Dongmyung Seo has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director (Key Managerial Personnel) for a further period of four consecutive years, effective January 27, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Seo, who has been with the LG group since 1994 and with LG India since December 31, 2021, is responsible for managing all financial activities and accounting operations. He holds a master’s degree in business administration.

Additionally, Mr. Jongha Hwang has been appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of the Company as Senior Management Personnel, effective January 16, 2026. Mr. Hwang brings over 29 years of experience in strategy and market intelligence, having previously worked with LG Electronics Inc. (Korea) in market intelligence and analysis.
