The order pertains to the denial of Customs Duty Exemption Benefit for the import of digital signage and its parts. The total differential duty demanded amounts to ₹31,69,58,686. After deducting a voluntary payment of ₹4,88,42,522 (including ₹4,28,96,312 for differential duty and ₹59,46,210 for interest), the actual demand stands at ₹27,40,62,374. Additionally, the order includes a Redemption Fine of ₹15,00,00,000 under Section 125(1) of the Customs Act, 1962.
