LG Electronics India Limited announced key leadership changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on January 16, 2026. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dongmyung Seo as Whole-Time Director (Key Managerial Personnel) for a further period of four consecutive years, effective January 27, 2026. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, Mr. Jongha Hwang has been appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of the Company, effective January 16, 2026. Mr. Hwang brings over 29 years of experience in strategy and market intelligence, having previously worked with LG Electronics Inc. (Korea) where he was responsible for market intelligence and analysis aligned with strategic objectives. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from aSSIST University, South Korea.

Mr. Dongmyung Seo, who also serves as Chief Financial Officer, has been with the company since December 31, 2021, and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Seoul School of Integrated Sciences & Technologies. He is responsible for managing all financial activities and accounting operations. Mr. Seo has been associated with the LG group since December 19, 1994. The Board meeting commenced at 04:00 P.M.
