Stellio, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Lenskart, will be the holding company of the new entity, making Stellio Ventures UK LTD an indirect step-down subsidiary of Lenskart Solutions Limited. Lenskart will indirectly hold 84.21% of the shares in the proposed subsidiary. The initial investment will be a cash consideration of GBP 100 for share subscription, with further investments to be undertaken as approved by Stellio's Board. The specific date of incorporation will be intimated in due course.
