This entity, which became effective on January 5, 2026, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stellio Ventures, S.L., itself a subsidiary of Lenskart Solutions Limited. The primary objective of Stellio UK is to engage in the sale of eyewear products and related accessories under the ‘Meller’ brand within the United Kingdom. The newly incorporated entity has a paid-up capital of 100 ordinary shares with a nominal value of GBP 100. Stellio UK has not yet commenced business operations. The incorporation was completed on January 5, 2026, with registration number 16943644. Lenskart Solutions Limited will indirectly hold 84.21% of the shares in Stellio UK through Stellio. This announcement follows a previous intimation dated December 26, 2025, and is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
