Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the termination of a Master Service Agreement (MSA) between its material subsidiary, Berggruen Hotels Private Limited (BHPL), and CS Hospitality & Management Services Private Limited, Green Apple Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, and Nestor Hotels Private Limited. This termination, effective May 6, 2026, relates to the hotel operated under the brand name "Keys Select Hotel Nestor by Lemon Tree". The MSA, originally executed on May 23, 2010, was terminated by BHPL due to non-payment of outstanding management fees and deposit amounts as stipulated in the agreement. The company has stated that there is no significant financial impact on Lemon Tree Hotels Limited arising from the termination of these agreements.
