Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the signing of a new property, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, located in Khurpatal, Uttarakhand. This property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

The hotel will feature 120 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting room, and recreational facilities including a swimming pool, spa, and fitness center. Khurpatal is situated near Nainital and is known for its serene environment, making it suitable for slow travel, meditation, and nature lovers.

Mr. Vilas Pawar, CEO - Managed & Franchise Business, Lemon Tree Hotels, commented that this signing will extend the company's leisure portfolio in a location ideal for meditation, introspection, yoga retreats, and spiritual solitude. The state of Uttarakhand currently has nine operational and 10 upcoming hotels for the company.
