This property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The new hotel is strategically located in Hyderabad, a major hub for technology, pharmaceuticals, and infrastructure. Rajendra Nagar's evolving commercial landscape and proximity to key transit points make it a desirable location for hospitality development. The hotel will feature 63 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, spa, fitness center, and swimming pool. It will be conveniently located approximately 22 kilometers from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and about 16 kilometers from Shamshabad Railway Station.
