The company clarified that the date of the announcement letter was inadvertently stated as “January 15, 2025” due to a typographical error, and it should have been “January 15, 2026”. All other contents of the previous announcement remain unchanged. The company secretary and compliance officer, Pawan Kumar Kumawat, provided this clarification.
