Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, "Leela Opulence Hotels Private Limited". The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, issued the Certificate of Incorporation on December 22, 2025. Leela Opulence Hotels Private Limited has an authorized share capital of ₹5,00,000 and a paid-up share capital of ₹1,000. As the subsidiary was incorporated on December 22, 2025, and has yet to commence commercial operations, its turnover for FY 2024-25 is not applicable. The main object of Leela Opulence is to own, operate, manage, and develop luxury hotels and resorts under "The Leela" brand. The company has subscribed 100% to the share capital of Leela Opulence in cash, acquiring 100% shareholding along with its nominee shareholders. This incorporation is considered an internal restructuring and does not fall under related party transactions requiring promoter interest disclosure at an arm's length.
