Laxmi Dental Limited has provided comments on a fine levied by the National Stock Exchange (NSE) for non-compliance with Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The Board acknowledged the NSE's observations and noted the fine imposed, which was ₹5,000 per day from November 11, 2025.

The company explained that the non-compliance was due to the absence of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer on maternity leave, with the Chief Financial Officer handling the filings. An inadvertent administrative oversight occurred in verifying the system-generated acknowledgement, leading to the lapse. The company asserted that financial results were uploaded within due timelines and disseminated to the public.

Laxmi Dental Limited has submitted a formal request for a waiver of the fine to the NSE, which is currently under process. The Board has appointed Mr. Suman Saha as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, instructing him to ensure strict adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements.

The company reiterated its commitment to complying with all regulations and stated there was no malafide intent, negligence, or deliberate attempt to avoid compliance.
