Laxmi Dental Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Suman Saha as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, who will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on Friday, January 16, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Suman Saha, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with Membership No. A33035, is a qualified Company Secretary and a Law Graduate from the University of Mumbai. He brings extensive experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. His prior roles include Assistant General Manager – Company Secretary at the Lodha Group and Head – Company Secretarial and Legal at OPPO Mobiles, where he managed group-level compliance across India. He also has prior association with the Sahara Group and IL&FS Group.

Effective January 16, 2026, Mr. Saha will also be one of the authorized officials responsible for determining the materiality of events or information and for making disclosures to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations.
