Landmark Cars Limited has announced its business update for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a consolidated proforma revenue from operations of ₹1,849 crore, marking a significant 10.78% year-on-year growth. This figure includes revenue from the sale of Mercedes-Benz cars under an agency model, where customers order directly from Mercedes-Benz India Limited (MBIL), and Landmark Cars Limited (LCL) and LCEPL earn commissions.

The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly proforma revenue from operations. While a YoY growth was observed, it was slightly impacted by temporary supply chain constraints for BYD cars, which are expected to normalize in January 2026. The demand for BYD cars remains strong.

Total revenue from operations, including agency sales, stood at ₹1,849 crore for Q3FY26, compared to ₹1,669 crore in Q3FY25. Vehicle sales (including agency sales and pre-owned vehicles) contributed ₹1,570 crore, up from ₹1,422 crore YoY. The after-sales service and spare parts segment generated ₹279 crore, an increase from ₹247 crore YoY.

The after-sales business reached a new quarterly high, with YoY growth surpassing the previous five quarters, supported by workshop ramp-up and stabilization. In the current quarter, a new M&M showroom was operationalized in Hyderabad. The Mercedes-Benz showroom in Bhopal is slated for operationalization in January 2026.

For calendar year 2026, multiple high-profile model launches are planned by partner OEMs, including the Mahindra XUV 7XO, Mahindra XEV 9S, the new-generation Kia Seltos, and the new Renault Duster. Deliveries for these models are expected to commence in the March Quarter, driving sales momentum. Mercedes-Benz is also likely to launch 12 new models in 2026.

The company is currently evaluating the impact of the new Labor Code based on guidelines from ICAI. The reported figures are provisional on a consolidated basis and subject to a limited review by the statutory auditors.
