Ksolves India Limited has announced the declaration of its 3rd interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The decision was made by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

The company has declared an interim dividend of ₹5 per equity share on its fully paid-up equity share capital. This dividend will be paid within the statutory time limit to the eligible equity shareholders.

The record date for determining the entitlement of shareholders to this interim dividend has been fixed as January 27, 2026. Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of this date will receive the dividend.
