Ksolves India Limited announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on January 20, 2026. The board approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.

Key decisions included the declaration of a 3rd interim dividend for FY 2025-26 at the rate of ₹5 per share, with a record date set for January 27, 2026. The company also decided to close its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ksolves LLC, USA, to streamline operations and reduce costs, as Ksolves IT USA Inc. already serves the purpose.
