KSH International Limited has revised the schedule for its investor meeting. The original intimation was dated 12th January, 2026. The revised meeting will now take place on 19th January, 2026, commencing at 11:00 a.m. onwards. This will be a one-on-one meeting conducted virtually.

Discussions during the meeting will be based solely on publicly available information. The company has confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be discussed during these interactions. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 15 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
