KSH International Limited announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported its highest quarterly revenue and EBITDA in its 45-year history. For Q3 FY26, Revenue from Operations grew by 59% to ₹817.7 crore compared to the prior year, driven by volume growth, favorable product mix, and copper price increases. EBITDA for the quarter increased by 23% to ₹493.7 million. Sales volume saw a significant jump of 23.6% to 7,404.4 MT. Specialized magnet winding wires revenue grew by 60.6% to ₹589.7 crore, and standard wires revenue increased by 55% to ₹181.9 crore. Export revenue also contributed positively, rising by 36.9% to ₹212.5 crore. For the nine months of FY26, Revenue from Operations grew by 47% to ₹2,088.6 crore, and EBITDA increased by 55.4% to ₹1,357.6 million. Sales volume for the nine-month period rose by 18% to 20,555.9 MT. The company's new Supa facility commenced operations, adding 2,400 MTs of capacity in Q3 FY26, bringing the total available annualised capacity to 43,445 MTs. The company also began supplying specialized magnet winding wires for 37 HVDC transformers, with cumulative orders expected to be supplied over 12-24 months. Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹233.3 million, which included non-recurring items such as an exceptional item of ₹16.2 million related to new Labour Code laws and ₹27.2 million in interest expense for the Supa expansion Phase-1. The company has repaid ₹225.97 crore of short- and long-term debt, bringing its debt-to-equity ratio down to 0.42x.
