KSH International Limited has received a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This certificate, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirms the details of securities dematerialized or rematerialized during the period. The RTA has furnished these details to all stock exchanges where the company's shares are listed.

The RTA has confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter were processed and listed on the stock exchanges. The security certificates received for dematerialization were duly verified, mutilated, and cancelled, with the depositories' names substituted in the register of members within the prescribed timelines. MUFG Intime India Private Limited stated that they have not received or processed any demat/remat requests for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, and this certificate is issued for compliance purposes.
