Krystal Integrated Services Limited has announced the receipt of a significant work order from the Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation. This contract, valued at approximately ₹83 Crore excluding duties and taxes, is for a period of 5 years.

The scope of work includes door-to-door collection, segregation, and transportation of municipal solid waste, along with street cleaning and transporting waste to designated locations, all in compliance with Solid Waste Management Rules 2016. This service will be provided for Prabhag "C".

The work order was officially received by the company on January 12, 2026, and is considered to be in the ordinary course of business. The contract is with a domestic entity, and there is no interest from promoters, promoter group, or group companies in the awarding entity, nor does it fall under related party transactions.
