Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL) has announced the receipt of a significant work order from Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation. This contract, valued at approximately ₹81 Crore excluding duties and taxes, is for a period of 5 years.

The scope of work includes door-to-door collection, segregation, and transportation of municipal solid waste, along with street cleaning and transferring waste to designated locations, in compliance with the Solid Waste Management Rules 2016. The contract pertains to Prabhag “G” and is considered to be in the ordinary course of business.

The company confirmed that neither its promoters nor group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions. The work order was received by the company on January 12, 2026, and was awarded by the Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation on January 09, 2026.
