Krystal Integrated Services Limited (KISL) has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Krystal Waste Work Prabhag F Private Limited (KWWPF PL), on January 20, 2026. This new entity, with a paid-up share capital of ₹1,00,000, has been established to carry out waste management operations. The incorporation is a strategic step following KISL's receipt of a Letter of Acceptance from Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation (VVMC) for providing door-to-door collection, segregation, and transportation of municipal solid waste, along with street cleaning services for Prabhag F. This contract is for a period of 5 years. KWWPF PL will be responsible for various waste management activities, including collection, segregation, transportation, disposal of biodegradable and recyclable solid waste, municipal waste, liquid waste, bio-medical waste, and hazardous waste. It will also engage in cleaning and maintaining cities and industrial undertakings, mechanical and manual sweeping of roads, and setting up waste-to-energy projects and engineered sanitary landfills. Ms. Neeta Prasad Lad and Mr. Shubham Prasad Lad, Whole-time Directors of Krystal Integrated Services Limited, are the first directors of the newly incorporated subsidiary. The investment of ₹1,00,000 is made by KISL through the subscription of 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
