Krystal Integrated Services Limited has announced the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, "Krystal Waste Work Prabhag C Private Limited", on February 07, 2026. This subsidiary, with CIN U37003MH2026PTC467705, has been established in Maharashtra. The incorporation is a direct result of Krystal Integrated Services Limited receiving a Letter of Acceptance (No. 1892/2025 dated 15.12.2025) from Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation for providing Door-to-Door collection, Segregation & Transportation of Municipal Solid Waste for Prabhag C for a period of 5 years. A key condition of this acceptance was the requirement to establish a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to execute the contract. Krystal Waste Work Prabhag C Private Limited will focus on various aspects of waste management, including collection, segregation, transportation, disposal of biodegradable and recyclable solid waste, municipal waste, liquid waste, bio-medical waste, hazardous waste, and E-waste. It will also be involved in cleaning and maintaining cities and industrial undertakings, road sweeping, setting up mechanized refuse transfer stations, waste-to-energy projects, and waste bailing projects. The subsidiary is also authorized to set up and operate engineered sanitary landfills and waste processing facilities such as compost plants and RDF plants. The authorized and paid-up share capital of the new entity is ₹1,00,000, with Krystal Integrated Services Limited holding a 100% stake through a cash consideration of ₹1,00,000. The new subsidiary is yet to commence business operations. The incorporation is considered a related party transaction as the subsidiary will be wholly owned by Krystal Integrated Services Limited.
