Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results during a meeting held on February 05, 2026. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the company reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹5,179.29 crore and consolidated revenue from operations of ₹5,801.70 crore. Standalone profit before tax stood at ₹781.89 crore, while consolidated profit before tax was ₹786.66 crore. The company also disclosed details regarding income tax assessments for assessment years 2017-18 and 2020-21 to 2023-24. The Income Tax authorities have made additions on account of undisclosed income and disallowance of certain deductions, resulting in a demand order of ₹513.86 crore. Krsnaa Diagnostics has filed appeals against these orders and has paid ₹39.27 crore (standalone) and ₹102.77 million (consolidated) under protest. The company also received show cause notices for AY 2018-19 and AY 2019-20, for which it has submitted preliminary information. Management believes these matters will not have a material impact on the financial statements.
