Kronox Lab Sciences Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, effective from Thursday, December 1, 2026. This closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain shut for the sale, purchase, and dealing in the company's equity shares. It is scheduled to reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Month ending on December 2025.
