KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 (Q3 FY26), the company reported a standalone net profit of ₹15.09 crore, an increase of 18.93% compared to ₹12.69 crore in Q3 FY25. Standalone total income grew by 31.35% to ₹140.67 crore from ₹107.10 crore year-on-year. The standalone EBITDA for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹17.41 crore, up 7.84% from ₹16.14 crore in the same period last year. On a consolidated basis, KRN reported a net profit of ₹22.66 crore for Q3 FY26, a significant jump of 65.09% from ₹13.73 crore in Q3 FY25. Consolidated total income surged by 33.29% to ₹155.09 crore from ₹116.36 crore. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025 (9M FY26), standalone net profit rose by 49.45% to ₹54.44 crore from ₹36.42 crore in 9M FY25. Standalone total income increased by 58.35% to ₹485.02 crore from ₹306.30 crore. Standalone EBITDA for 9M FY26 was ₹66.79 crore, up 31.58% from ₹50.76 crore in the previous year. Consolidated net profit for 9M FY26 grew by 39.72% to ₹53.11 crore from ₹38.01 crore in 9M FY25. Consolidated total income increased by 40.06% to ₹428.41 crore from ₹305.88 crore. Mr. Santosh Kumar, Chairman & Managing Director, commented that the company has seen steady progress driven by consistent execution and improving order visibility. He expressed confidence in sustaining the momentum with a stable order pipeline and expanding export engagements.
