Kritika Wires Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's total income for the quarter stood at ₹16,515.7 lakh, a slight increase from ₹16,161.66 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. However, the profit after tax for the quarter declined to ₹1.63 crore from ₹21.19 crore in the same period last year. This decrease is primarily attributed to higher expenses, particularly the cost of raw materials, which rose to ₹14,057.30 lakh from ₹17,012.81 lakh. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, total income was ₹55,051.68 lakh, up from ₹51,263.33 lakh in the prior year. Profit after tax for the nine-month period was ₹4.14 crore, a decrease from ₹67.37 crore. The Board of Directors also took note of the resignation of Mr. Mahesh Kumar Sharma from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from the closure of business hours on January 20, 2026. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board, and have also been reviewed by the statutory auditors.
